Our sustainability policy is based on the following commitments:
Legal compliance: We ensure strict adherence to current Colombian environmental, labor, cultural, and tourism legislation, including the Sectoral Technical Standard NTS–TS 003, Law 2068 of 2020, Resolution 1408 of 2021, and other applicable regulations.
Prevention of ESCNNA and related crimes: We categorically reject all forms of commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESCNNA), as well as the illegal trafficking of cultural property and wildlife, promoting a culture of legality and respect in all our destinations.
Awareness and continuous training: We provide ongoing training to our team on the principles and practices of responsible tourism, ensuring that each employee understands their role in environmental conservation and in upholding this policy.
Promotion of good practices: We encourage sustainable behavior among our clients, suppliers, and partners, promoting the responsible use of natural resources, proper waste management, respect for local cultures, and the preservation of heritage.
Selection of responsible suppliers: We prioritize working with suppliers and tourism service providers who share our sustainability values and operate under responsible environmental, social, and economic criteria.
Relationship with local communities: We promote inclusive tourism that strengthens local development, protects traditional knowledge, generates decent employment, and respects the customs of each region.
Continuous improvement: We establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for our sustainable actions, ensuring the continuous improvement of our practices and the achievement of short-, medium-, and long-term sustainability goals.
This policy is public, available to all our stakeholders, and clearly communicated to our employees, suppliers, and clients.
