Internal Management of Legal Requirements

  • La agencia documenta la legislación aplicable en la Matriz de Requisitos Legales y Otros para la Sostenibilidad (Anexo 1: F-RS-001).

  • The matrix is updated at least every two months or whenever new legislation or requirements from stakeholders (clients, suppliers, among others) are received.

  • All updates are analyzed in an internal meeting to assess changes and scope.

Communication and Evaluation

  • Updates are communicated to staff via email.

  • Compliance with legislation is verified through internal audits, using the same matrix as a checklist.
